In this market any little bit helps and here is a great free traffic method that is very effective. It is Blog Commenting.
What is blog commenting?
You search for high traffic, high authority blogs and read the posts. When you find a good post leave a comment with your URL in your
signature.
Example: Thanks for that great article on building a opt in list. It gave me some new ideas that I hadn't thought of before.

Doing this does 3 things. It lets people see your name and get to know you, it brings traffic through people that click you link, and it gives you a very high quality
back link to your site.
Doing this takes very little time and if you do it consistently to 2-3 blogs a day you will be
surprised at the traffic that it can generate for free. Not to mention if it gets you a higher page ranking on google you could eventually wind up on the first page! Huge Traffic!
So here is an overview of what you do:
- Comment on high-ranking blogs in your niche
- Leave a short comment that is complimentary or insightful (if you don't know enough about the topic to leave an insightful comment either compliment them or google the topic, read up, and leave an educated comment)
- Always leave your URL or you have posted in vain
I hope that you start making it a habit of posting comments for free traffic today. One warning though, don't post junk just to post and never post your ad in the comment section! Everyone hates Spam!
